CLOUD 9 Massage, Facials & More has several aesthetic and calming relaxation areas that will take your mind and spirit to a quiet place where stress no longer exists. Aromatics and a tranquil facility will send you to a cloud 9 state of mind.
We are proud to offer you a safe and sanitary spa - and more - experience!
Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you are a new client, arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Upon arrival, please use the restroom to wash and sanitize your hands.
At this time, only those who are scheduled may be in the spa. All others will be asked to wait outside.
We reserve the right to take your temperature upon entering the building. IF YOU HAVE HAD A FEVER, SNEEZING, COUGH, OR FEEL UNWELL, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT. CALL TO RESCHEDULE.
Please bring cash so that we do not have to touch multiple items at checkout. Credit Card transactions will have a $2 fee.
We are proud of our sanitary processes at cloud 9 and will continue to disinfect and sanitize each area after each client, including tables, towels, hot stones and cups. Each room will have a new air sanitizer.
We will schedule 30 minutes between each client in order to sanitize and to adhere to CDC guidelines.
