Cancellation Policy
All appointments MUST be cancelled with 24-hour notice. This will allow us to offer the time to another client. Last minute cancellations are difficult to fill and cloud 9 will have to bill you for the full amount of the appointment if it can not be filled. Effective immediately, credit cards will be required to reserve an online booking or call-in service appointment.
